Shipping and Receiving

Please note: During the holiday season, shipping and processing times may be extended.

We ship to any residential or commercial address within the continental United States. Molding and small-sized orders will be shipped via small parcel carriers. Flooring and larger orders will be arranged via LTL Freight.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been processed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update.

  • Small Parcel: Estimated 5 to 14 business days transit time.

  • LTL Freight: Estimated 7 to 14 business days transit time. Orders will be delivered curbside with a signature required. The shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. Please note that for curbside delivery, you are responsible for bringing the flooring into your home or office.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional shipping fee will apply. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.

SIMPLE RECEIVING 1-2-3 When your flooring arrives:

  1. Ensure someone is present to inspect the delivery and sign for receipt.

  2. LTL freight is delivered curbside—it is your responsibility to move the flooring inside.

  3. If anything is missing or damaged, please take photos or videos and contact us immediately.
